Beef and Broccoli Stew :

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds flank steak, cut into strips
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 shallot, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup chicken stock salt and pepper to taste

Directions :

1 Turn the pressure cooker on and select the Browning option.
Add the beef and cook on for 8-10 minutes on all sides.
2 Add the shallot and garlic well as the broccoli, stock, salt and pepper
3 Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
4 when done, allow the pot to cool down for 10 minutes then release pressure and serve the stew warm.

Ingredients :

2-pound beef roast, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped

1 cup beef stock
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Directions:

Directions:

1 cup beef stock
