Ginger Glazed Salmon


4 salmon fillets
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red chili, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste


1 combine all the ingredients in your pressure cooker.
2 Add salt and pepper to taste and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
3 Release the pressure right away and serve the salmon with your favorite side dish.
