Spicy Pork Stew 

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 pounds pork shoulder, cubed
2 shallots, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1 Turn your pressure cooker on select the Browning option. Add the pork and cook for a few minutes on all sides.
